1. Food production discussion draft
- Choose one food you eat regularly. In one sentence, state its crop or animal source and approximate origin.
- Name one environmental impact of producing that food using module vocabulary (eutrophication, soil erosion, monoculture risk, pesticide resistance).
- Evaluate one alternative practice (IPM, organic, crop rotation, cover crops) that could reduce that impact and state its main trade-off.
- Connect to Course Outcome 4 or 5: as a consumer, name one realistic change you could make.
